Episode 103: June 1992 Part 2

Welcome to the one hundred and third episode of From Crisis to Crisis: A Superman Podcast!  This podcast has a simple premise; examine just about every Superman comic published between Man of Steel #1 in 1986 to Adventures of Superman #649 in 2006 in an informative and hopefully entertaining format.

Part index.  Part commentary.  Part history lesson.  All podcast.

Welcome to a very late episode of From Crisis to Crisis, folks.  The world seems to be against the show this week but hopefully the technical difficulties and weather delays are over and the show can continue on as normal or as normal as this show gets.

This week Jeff and Mike finish out the June 1992 cover dated Superman books.  The first comic covered this week is Adventures of Superman #491 where Superman fights Metallo and Jose Delgado is injured!  Then the boys cover Action Comics #678 and boy is this a doozy because it features the secret origin of LEX LUTHOR II!  Finally they talk about Justice League America #63 which relates the story of Maxima returning to her home planet of Almerac which has been conquered by an old Justice League villain!  After that another edition of Elsewhere in the DC Universe and then Mike and Jeff call it a week!

You can subscribe to the show in two ways. First there is the RSS Feed and there is also the iTunes link.

If you want to comment on the show or contact the hosts you can always private message Mike and Jeff, at the Superman Homepage, leave comments here or at the Homepage or here or email them by clicking this link.  All questions, concerns, fears, trepidations and cheap shots are welcome.

Next Time: July 1992 begins with a battle with Cerberus in Superman: The Man of Steel #13, the Sons of Liberty making their big move in Superman #69 and the Adventures of Superboy Special wraps up the boys’ discussion of that series.
