Episode 106: July 1992 Part 2

Welcome to the one hundred and sixth episode of From Crisis to Crisis: A Superman Podcast!  This podcast has a simple premise; examine just about every Superman comic published between Man of Steel #1 in 1986 to Adventures of Superman #649 in 2006 in an informative and hopefully entertaining format.

Part index.  Part commentary.  Part history lesson.  All podcast.

Things return to normal this week (or as close to normal as things get around the luxurious From Crisis to Crisis studios) as the boys finish their discussion on the Superman books with a July 1992 cover date.  In Adventures of Superman #492 the whole Sons of Liberty affair comes to a head and boy is it violent.  Then in Action Comics #679 Superman fights a villain named Shellshock over the skies of Washington D.C.   Justice League of America #64 features the second chapter of the three part Starbreaker story.  Finally Jeff and Mike yak about the ads before going into the usual Meanwhile and Elsewhere segments.

You can subscribe to the show in two ways. First there is the RSS Feed and there is also the iTunes link.

If you want to comment on the show or contact the hosts you can always private message Mike and Jeff, at the Superman Homepage, leave comments here or at the Homepage or here or email them by clicking this link.  All questions, concerns, fears, trepidations and cheap shots are welcome.

Next Time: Robin comes to Metropolis to help Superman in a two part, vampire centric story that takes place in Superman: The Man of Steel #12 and Superman #70!
