REIGN OF THE SUPERMEN CONCLUDES!
You read that right, faithful FCTC listener…CONCLUDES!
This time out Mike and Jeff finish up their coverage of REIGN OF THE SUPERMEN proper even though there are a few more episodes covering the DEATH AND RETURN OF SUPERMAN story as a whole. As with the previous installments covering this storyline the boys have invited a guest along. Lee Busby (co-host of PAD Smash: An Incredible Hulk Podcast) comes by the palatial FCTC recording studio and helps Mike and Jeff cover the final two ROTS chapters, including most of GREEN LANTERN #46. This issue features Hal’s return to Earth and his vicious battle with Mongul. Unfortunately the final few pages of this issue TOTALLY gives away the ending of the next book the boys cover, which is SUPERMAN #82. This is the big one, folks as Team Superman battles the Cyborg ending with the one, true Man of Steel throwing down with the supposed Man of Tomorrow. Finally everyone hops in a cab, pays their $6.50 and heads down to the segment the boys like to call MEANWHILE, AT THE DAILY PLANET!
