Episode 15 — July 1939

This week, in Action Comics 16, it’s back to social justice basics for the Man of Steel, as Superman decides to do something about gambling and the numbers racket that is destroying lives and finances in Metropolis.  What?  In where?  That’s right, we finally get a name for the city of Superman’s exploits!  All this, and our first decoding, too!
