This is one of the best example of, “So close and yet so far,” that I have ever seen in my time as a comic book fan.
I will admit that Clark looks pretty good without hair. It’s something that never occurred to me before seeing this on the back cover to an issue of Superman Family but if Kal-El ever suffers from Kryptonian Male Pattern Baldness he can always just shave that hair off and go around looking a member of the Lex Luthor fan club.
Of course Lex would probably think that Superman was just making fun of him and he would hate the Last Son of Krypton even more.
At least that’s how I see it.
