Twelve years ago today I married my best friend. While our wedding did not quite play out like the image above (though it would have been cool to have Jerry Ordway and Dan Jurgens and Roger Stern and Jeannette Kahn there) it was a lovely but simple ceremony. To be honest Rachel and I were married a few months after we met but it was on December 14, 2003 where we put that on paper.
I won’t say it’s been an easy life but if it was I might not appreciate what I have as much as I do. Rachel is an amazing woman that has had to put up with so much pain in her life but she still laughs and loves and has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known.
Happy anniversary, Sweet Pea. Thank you so much for being my wife.
