Hey, everybody. I know it’s been a couple of weeks since I have posted anything here. In the past the reasons for this have included me losing interest or me just letting everything else I do on the web get in the way and I just don’t have the time. Well, my interest in Superman is at an all time high so that’s not an issue and I haven’t been doing anything on the web recently. So what happened?
This.
On April 1, 2013 my wife was involved in a very serious car accident. I won’t get into all of the details here but she ended up with a broken arm, a broken leg, six broken ribs and a cracked sternum. She was rushed to the hospital and we spent the next eight days there. She’s home now and recovering but between work and taking care of her my time is pretty well spent.
My plan is to start posting again very soon. I don’t know when that will be but normal service will resume at some point.
And in case you were curious; yes I have seen the new trailer and yes I thought it was awesome.
More to follow…promise.
Holy Shit, I am so sorry. Its a time like this that I need to remember this is just a hobby, and family comes first. Best wishes and look forward to whenver you want to return, take all the time you need. And on a totally selfish note, thank you for posting the reason for no posts even though you are occupied. It saves a needy fan from bothering you.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery
All the best for a speedy recovery!
Once again, I’m so sorry for you and Rachel to have to go through this. From what I’ve heard she’s a fighter with a wonderful support group. On a selfish note I’m sorry I won’t get to meet you in June. I was looking forward to shaking your hand and buying you a drink or two. You will be sorely missed.
I just want to echo everyone else, and wish your family a very speedy and successful recovery. Rachel seems to be a resilient woman. Please make sure she knows that the listeners are thinking of her!
Oh hell, those pics sent a chill down my spine. Hoping Rachel has a speedy recovery! Your a good man Mike, you take real good care of your wife! True Superman at heart!
