This time out Jeffrey and Michael tackle the Superman books that came out with the cover date of December 1988. In Superman #24 we see the return of Rampage and why Superman steers clear of the political arena. In Adventures of Superman #447 Superman and Clark Kent both get to play hero and there is yet another appearance of the new Gangbuster. The guys also tackle Swamp Thing #79 as Superman makes a healthy guest appearance in that issue before reading some more of your e-mails.

Fellow Superman Homepage staffer James Lantz joins the guys to discuss World of Metropolis and a good time seemed to be had by all. This mini-series showcased the supporting cast in addition to showing an untold tale of Clark Kent’s past. See Perry White return to Metropolis and confront Lex Luthor! Thrill to Lois as a fifteen year old sneaking into Lexcorp headquarters only to be caught in the act! Learn how Clark managed to enroll at Metropolis University and cheer as Jimmy is forced to cobble together a familiar time piece to save his friend.
